Hello,
Just a bit of a background. I live in Arizona, I'm a retired combat Vet. I was a Mustang owner for majority of my life. The Mustangs I owned not in order but:
83 TTOP 5.0
86 Notch 5.0
88 Convertible
04 GT 4.6
I went rouge for a few years. After my 04 GT i wemt with a 2002 C5 nitrous fed 10sec vet. I also had an 06 GTO, and I have an 04 project GTO that Im finishing up for my oldest kid. But the itch kept getting the best of me so Monday I'm going to look at a '22 5.0. Took me for ever to talk my wife into one because she's not a Ford fan at all. But she conceded so if I like it I'll be picking it up but I'll end up with a 22 or 23 5.0 before the end of the year.
Definitely impressed with todays Mustangs and how Ford has stayed true to the pony car game. I think these will be the best of the last for these cars so instead of blowing my wad on a C7 or C8 for the money I can build a beast.
Looking forward to learning asking a ton of question and getting reacquainted with these cars and glad to be part of the Ford family again.
