Hi
Hi all-
I just joined. Sadly, my dad is fast approaching the state of mind that I'm sure will result in him eventually going to the grocery store and getting lost on the way home. He has a 1971 Mustang convertible that I bought in 1988 because I needed wheels. He loved it so much that he reimbursed me and I bought a different car. He wanted a project car, but I don't think he's made alot of progress.
My mom has indicated he'd like to sell the car, as he's made comments that "John is going to buy the mustang". In the event we sell the car, how do I figure out what price to start with?
Thanks,
Amy

RE: Hi
go to http://www.collectorcartraderonline.com/
check in your state for similar looking vehicles, ('verts are usually much more expensive than hardtops)you may need to check other states nearby to get enuff listings to compare.
that is the best way to see what the real market value is.
sorry about your father, i wish all of you well.
