Im new to this site, and i have to say im already impressed!
I just recently bought a 4 banger auto mustang for 100 bucks.A buddy of mine and I did the 5.0 engine swap.The engine was rebuilt with all new seals and a b303 cam.We also took and replaced the tranny with an SVO T-5.The engine is an H.O 5.0 out of a 91 Cougar.

 

Is there something wrong with it? Why so cheap?

 

Well when i got it there wasnt a 4 cylinder in it so that helped on the engine swap.Originally i was going to buy an orange 85 gt for 200 bucks but the guy couldnt find the title.Anyways, the guy wanted 250 for the body and the crappy rims, i told him i couldnt swing the price at the time and told him id give him a hundred for the whole car...and he said ok.Body is solid, doors are rusting out on the bottom/inside and it needs help on headlights, and a blue passenger door panel.Other than that its clean for how old it is.Paint job sucks...looks like someone ran through about 20 cans of rattle can over it.Good starter none the less, heres a couple pics.

Looks like it needs a bit of work, but a project car is always a lot of fun! It'll keep you busy this winter for sure.
