Hey guys and gals on a 1989 Ford mustang LX 2.3 whenever I turn the headlights on the left side of the gauges go out the RPM gauge the temp gauge and the battery all

go out still have blinkers though whenever I turn the headlights on also they don't work when they are off though everything works fine anybody have this issue before I've done checked fuses and they are all good
