Last night i went to NED. GOt there early and was at the front of the line, there wasnt alot of people until about 8:30 9. Nice night to race. The temps cooled down later on, so wasnt bad. First run was 15.1, killed a 15.9 Z28 older one. Second run, i stalled it at the starting line, there was a problem with the left lane so everyone was in a scramble to get into the right lane. i had my windows up and didnt give it enough gas and just punched it. 3rd run was better i got a 2.23 60ft. and a 14.89. my best so far. 4th run was 14.9. 5th run was a 15.9 against a 15.4 firebird formula. The F-bodys were not on top last night. brand new GTO was getting 15's, missing 3rd gear alot. lol. I missed 2nd gear with my 15.9. But im happy i finally got out of the 15's. i was launching at 1,000 rpm's. next time im going higher. i hope to see 14.6-7's. my buddy just bought a new MACH 1. First time driving and got 14.1 as a best. He should do better with more runs. Overall, was fun. Finally there were more PRE-99's there last night. All of them asked me what my times were and they all told me they were in the 15.6-7's. With mods. Maybe they cant drive. Im going again on Wednesday. I hope to see everyone there!!

Yeah, finally. Feels great. I know i have a better time yet still. With youre 14.7, what was youre 60ft?? yeah, i will deff. come wed if its nice out

Sun was still shining on the track. As soon as the sun went behind the landscape, my 60' times went way up, as high as 2.7's [:@] Could not get traction to save my life [:-]

 

Thats weird, because when it got cooler, my times went up and my 60ft went down. lol. I want to get a better 60ft. My best 60ft is 2.232. I hope to be in the 14.5-6 range
