96 4.6GT with blower/intercooler, SLP Loudmouths. 24psi injectors . Keep getting Check engine codes PO172 and PO175 (Oxy sensors). These codes are automatic NYS inspection failures. Dealer says computer is trying to lean out air/fuel mixture but cannot.
Will a Dynotune or custom chip lean out the air/fuel mixrure so that these codes no longer reappear??

How have you solved this problem on your vehicle.

Yes a chip will help you out. I assume you put in the 24s and didn't update the maf or chip it? Unless the 24s were stock on your set up your computer is having trouble with them, a chip should do the trick
