lived on LI for a long time, now i am up in Hudson Valley, is Deer Park Ave still jumpin also hempstead turnpike, i have alot of memories from there

 

Where in the hudson valley? A friend of mine goes to school at Marist. Ya DPA and the pike still have quite a bit of people, the scene is dying down a bit though being they are getting more strict about street racing.

Yup, I know the area. I am up there quite a bit I snowboard alot at Hunter Mtn.

i would get a cobra... but my insurance with my 4 banger w/o collision is already 1600 every 6 months!!!!!!! i just got a discount cuz they put me on as a occasional driver cuz my dad has a company car so hes not under the plan and my moms listed as the primary driver... right now its running me about 1,000 every 6 months, so i got 1-2 years b4 my sis starts driving... then shes the occasional driving and then my insurance will skyrocket.. even more so then it is now cuz if they see cobra under a 17 yr old male HAHA.. plus collision... i'd be payin prolly 5+ grand a year in insurance
thats the only reason im not going to buy a cobra yet... insurance


edit - not to mention i live on Long Island one of the most expensive places to live tax wise..
