Well, I went with these guys:

Owner of the place is Chad and theyre located in Hudson.

They mainly do chevy, but they do Ford as well.
Unsure why they took down the engines they had on their site.
But I know a couple other people that had them build a Ford engine as well.

thanks man i dont have the cash yet but when i get most of it ill give them a call. still unshure exactly what i want though. when i do it though i want to try ang get the strongest parts i can get

Strongest will cost you...
They will friggin cost you.
I went about that route and i paid near 7k for my LONGblock.
Heads to the oil pan.
Including cam.

Should be near the beginning somewhere.
