how cold is it can you really throw water in the air and it frezzes bofore it hits the gound?

 

yes and no, where i am its going to be -35+ with the wind chill pretty damn cold but not enough to freeze it berfore it hits the ground but its plently cold whereas soon as it makes contact with the ground its frozen, thursday at the Mt. Washington weather building at the top of the mountain they successfully froze water in air i think they said it was something like -80 or so and if it matter if you have open skin when you go outside it only takes 10-15 min for frostbite to get ya

 

damm thats cold its going to be 70 deg today,but rain all day tommorow.right now it 48 deg this morning
