I think Jack Roush should be ashamed not asking Ricky to fill Mark Martins' Ride in 2006. Why did he hired him in the first place if he didn't have more faith in him. This guy had a great ride until Cal Wells decided to go with Chevys manufactors help. Now the 32 car just plain sucks.

Ricky Craven sucks, that's why he's not going to be driving the #6. That car has to much legacy to be handed over to a mediocre driver. Jamie McMurray is a good driver and getting better. He wouldn't be my 1st choice but still is a good one.

It's Ricky Craven, not Cravan.

First, Ricky is old, 2nd, winning 2 races on strategy is not a proven track record..3rd, Craven has a handful of years left & he's not exactly a sponsors dream.

Jamie on the other hand, more top 10's in his few seasons than Ricky his entire cup career, won in his 2nd ever start, not to mention he's a sponsors dream as he's highly marketable and a greatly talented driver. Once he gets out of Ganassi's sub-par equipment, you can expect to see Jamie winning 4-5 times a season.

You must be from New England to be so blindly far up Cravens butt hahahah

No I'm from Georgia but live in South Carolina. I know he was doing well before Cal Wells switch to Chevy. And he too is personable and will be good for the sponsors. I have faith in him. I did live in Maine back in the 80s' when I was stationed there. thanks for the up the but thing that was humorous.

With the 4 team rule, i believe going to be implemented next year but dont hold me to that, i wonder which roush team is going to get the Axe. I doubt the 6 and 99 are, those are the 2 oldest teams, the 97 is going to have Jamie McMurray, who i like over craven anyday,. the 17 is owned by Mark Martin, So maybe it ll be the 16, I m not much of a Biffle fan anyways(he wanted to leave roush last year anyways), so i hope its the 16.

either way, the hell with craven, let mark drive another year, cause after mark leaves , watching Cup is going to suck for me
