Im gauging intrest on my 2.5' to 3.5' Chrome SLP rolled tips

i really like those exhaust tips. but as a college student, tires have to come first.

me 2, but just get rear tires for now, then buy these before you miss out

do they just weld on? im pretty interest actually, and what kind of sound do they make, like aggressive or what?
