i got an email from him saying the the brackets are all already on the piece, and i looked back and they r on. i would have never know that because he never stated that the kit was half put together, that would have been good to know. he did send me the instructions in an another email. only questions is what is in the two top bags on the pic he has attached? but as of so for he has been honest about the thing. if he sent me everything than i'm in the wrong, and have no problem posting it up saying that i was wrong about him...
