Hi, my little brother has an 02 V6. Will this work just fine with his car and where could he get new tunes? His car is stock with the exception of dual exhausts

Yes it will work with his 2002 V6. It already comes with a programmed tune from diablo sport. You can get updated tunes through the diablo sport website and download them to the predator. But youll need the computer cable which is sold seperately. And any dyno shop that tunes with Diablo sport can put tunes in it also. Most in my area tune with SCT. Part of the reason I made the switch when I got the procharger.

You can also adjust many parameters in the tuner yourself. I wouldnt recommend doing it though unless you really know what youre doing.

The tune the predator comes with add some noticable pep to the v6. Its a good addition to have with a cold air intake, under drive pulleys, and dual exhaust.

Also because of the advanced timing your brother will have to run 93 octane. At least 91. I paid $300 for it a few years ago. I think RPM Outlet sales them for $280 now. Let me know if youre interested.

So there is already a tune in there that will work for his STOCK EVERYTHING (except dual exhausts)?

Yes. The tune is for a stock v6 and lightly modded stock v6 with bolt ons.

I had a K&N cold air intake, motoblue under drive pulleys, and dual exhaust on while I used it. It worked fine. And like I said earlier it was a great addition to add with the basic bolt ons.

Will it work on a 96? I am slightly confused cause you say it fits a SN95, but then say that it only works on a 99-04.
