Any idea on what it would take to ship the rims to 55912?

Im looking at getting new tires for my car but last time I needed new tires I just bought used tires/rims and sold my old set and saved me some cash.

Is the MAF still avilable, i think mine needs replacing, but im not sure if it is compatable with the V6
