Got a couple used, unlocked tuners here. Two SCT X3 #3000 that are unlocked ( 5 unlocks left on both ) and a used, unlocked SCT Livewire #9600 ( also with 5 unlocks left ).

#3000 X3 SCT units = $265 shipped
#9600 Livewire - $375 shipped

Will work on any Mustang 96 to 2012 to upload your own custom tune, or can also use a preloaded SCT tune that the Livewire comes with. ( not recommended for built cars, stock or close to stock only ) Comes with all cables needed.
