Alright I have been looking around for headers and I found what I want, but now i am hearing that you should get an x or h pipe too when you get your headers i most defiantely want both but can only afford one of them at this time so what does everyone one think? headers or bent pipes im so confused on what i should get first ohh yah and i have a magnaflow exhaust cat back on right now so that might help im looking for alot more noise and also power increase. Will the headers give me more power and increase or will the pipe SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!

 

get an o/r x-pipe. great performance and sound upgrade

 

sorry but i can't get and off road pipe because i have to pass emissions and i still live at home and my dad wont approve of it everything has to be legal

 

do you live in Cali?...otherwise you can do it, the swap is easy enought o do by yourself when the time for emissions inspect come..

 

i dont want to bother with that i just want it to be legal

 

hey nothing wrong with that going to the 2.5" exhaust will help even with cats

 

If you're doing Long Tubes, then you'll have to get a X or H to match. Shories, no problem. If I were you, I'd get a catted X pipe to match your magnaflow cat back. You probably don't have enough mods to warrant headers for right now. Work on the intake next

catted pipes are twice as expensive as o/r ones, so just tell him if he wants to pay for the catted ones, buy em. otherwise get the o/r pipes or just say there si a small hole in you headers and that is why it is so loud.

 

So no one really answered my question what should i get first an h or x pipe or headers and who says i need lots of mods to get headres their just like an exhaust mod not much differene its not like im getting a supercharger so someone i will ask again what should i get first x or h pipe or headers and the x or h pipe have to be legal
