I'm pretty happy I just installed my first mod. I put on a Magnaflow dual exhaust this past Sat. Me and my uncle did it. Took a little longer that we thought it would; had trouble getting the right side pipe over the axel. I'm really impressed, dispite what peope kept saying, IT SOUNDS GREAT.

I'm on my way, will probably do CAI next.

 

Of course it sounds great, theres a big diff between a single exhaust vs dual........but sadly it would never sound like a V8, by the way is your car Manual or AOD, if I was you I would do the rear end gears first, CAI doesn t add any fun or performance.....if your car is Manual trans I will do 3.73's , considering 4.10 too. Also lower the car a bit and get a new shifter if manual...then get the CAI.. The dual exhaust per se is probably robbing you off performance (it does on Vsixers)...so a set of gears will make a diff..enjoy your new Mod.....

 

if its a v6 ide just save my money towards a v8...i used to have a v6 and blew all my money into it...then one day i realized what a pos i had...so i saved for a year and now have a sick *** cobra

 

she cant prob afford it.....but i agree with you in some or part of what you said, personally i wont spend my money on a v6, I'll keep it clean until I am able to afford the V8..But it is her car and money, she can do whatever she wants with it, so have fun..

I love the round "tear drop" shape natural ones, not big ones..........but still hers are tiny for my taste..

 

i dunno they look pretty good for me.. i like big ones my self but eh... id hit it

 

Nice job on the Mags, I'm getting some next, I like the sound better than flows anyway.
