Would Flomaster 40's sound good with my O/R H? I want a deeper tone and not a lot louder.

It will be louder and deeper. It will sound hollow-not necessarily bad, but you will sound like nearly every other mustang driving around.

im not worried about sounding like others around me, every mustang i see seems to have stock exhuast.

you have "sleeper" exhaust. If you want it really deep id say LMII or magnaflow or something along those lines. Yes flowmaster would sound deeper with o/r h
