im looking into getting a exhaust for my mustang Gt which would the best way to go, i heard if u got a single chamber muffler its gonna be real loud.

 

i like slp lm1's my friend tried flows and we both though they sounded like crap and he gave them away. Borla also sounds amazing

 

I love my flows. IMO they make the stang sound really mean and powerful. I love that low grumble. I like most anything on a mustang though. SLP, Borla, Magnaflow etc. They all sound badass! GL man.

 

I went with flows 40 series, with no cats and bbk headers..

no sound clip does ANY exhaust justice.

 

what year is your car, a lot of the well known brands sound terrible on the 05, but ya corsa is always good, bassani, flowmaster super 40s are pretty too

 

Ya, I also think that it depends on which exhaust we are talking about. For example, I have heard that LM1's have no justice on sound clips, but I made a clip of my flows and I though it sounded great.

 

the LM1s sound really bad in sound clips. hearing them in person is completely different. clips only pick up a raw, hollow sound.

 

That is true!

If you ever went on SLPONLINE.COM to hear sound clips of the cars, they sound COMPLETLY different in person.
EX: The sound clip of the 5.0 with LM1's sound similiar but not the same as mine and I have the same mufflers.

Flow 1 Chambers sound good but are very raspy and poppy compared to the 2 Chambers.
