Maybe I dont fully understand what an off road h pipe is, but i was looking the other day at my pipes and there is already a "crossover" pipe between the two. So, if I just take my cats off, will that not be essentially the same thing?

Your stock mid-pipe is an H type. And yes if you took them off and welded in stright pieces of pipe in place of the cats you would basically have an OR H-pipe. But a lot of people don't wanna go through all of that so they get an aftermarket one. Also a new one will be cleaner without welded in sections and will probably have a little bit of a smoother flow. If you just want an OR H summit sells a generic one for like 100 bucks or right around there. It's a two piece and connects at the cross-piece with an exhuast clamp. But anyways, I hope that helped, if you've got any more questions let us know.
