compression?

I'm building a forged shortblock, plan on doing some stage 2 heads/cams, and than spraying it. What compression should I be looking for, and What heads/cams combo do I need. Will be spraying a 125-150 shot. thanks

Nitrous likes compression so I would go for 10-10.5:1.
