Ok we have the v1sc-trim vortech on a 92 5.0 with a/c delete, and the belt tension is not right. If we put a smaller belt on we can't get it on the pulley, but if we put a slightly larger belt on and barely fits over the pulley once it goes on the belt is to loose( the belt rubbs underneath the tensioner)..It just seems that there is something not right. Have any of you ran into this, or do i just not make sence.. because i am just very frusrated with this piece of $hit!!!!!!!!![:@]

with the march a/c delete, the ps pump is not high enough for the normal way of routing the belt. you can try getting the ford a/c delete that will move the ps pump higher up so that its in the same location as the a/c compressor used to be. the march kit you have has the ps pump only sligtly higher then stock right?
