Are there any s/c kits that offer you to allow for the use of a mach1 hood scope or do you have to do your own modding?

yeah, lots of mach 1s ive seen use centrifugal blowers. sorry, if you want to keep the shaker your not gonna be able to use a positive displacement s/c.

I saw a KB install on a Mach1 but the shaker hood remains as decoration only. I'll check to see which magazine/issue it was in and post it up tonight.

The July issue of Mustang Enthusiast has the second part of a KB install on a Mach 1. It says the shaker is purely cosmetic after the blower install.

Im sure a centrifugal blower would allow you to keep the shaker system. Look into: ProCharger, Vortech, Paxton, etc...
