hey everyone, i put a x pipe on my 04 mach and it leaks on the driver side, yes the gasket aand everything is on, and ive even taken it off a few times and tightened it but i cant seem to get that last little annoying leak out of it. can anyone help? 1 other question is, when i first bought the car i could chirp pretty good into 3rd, but since i put my x on i cnt do it anymore. do you think it has something to do with the little exhaust leak? if not then why would it have stopped chirping? thanks everyone.

 

is it leaking from the gasket? and what size x pipe is it?

 

ITS LEAKING FROM WHERE IT CONNECTS UP NEAR THE MOTOR, S FAR AS SIZE, IM GUESSING THE SAME SIZE AS THE STOCK EXHAUST, IT HAS NO CATS, DONT KNOW IF THAT HELPS U ANY

 

no cats help....but im wondering if you put to big of a pipe on...that would result in HP loss

 

so what can i do about the power loss? do i need a bigger cat back or need headdrs or both?

 

im not convinced you lost power...what kind of cat back do you have? long tube headers, get them

 

i just have evrything stock, so i would need to get a catback, im really debting between the magna packs, magnaflow cat back, and slp loudmouth

 

magnapack would be best with your x pipe

 

would that also sound good with lt's? where the hell can i find magna's ive looked alot of places
