does anyone know what the difference is between the borla catback(14834) and the borla catback agressive(140067)? i would think the agressive would be better, but the other is more expensive?

 

Aggressive are straight thru, Regular ones are chambered.

 

the aggressive labeled ones are very commonly called Borla Stingers, and are definately more of a straight thru muffler

if you want loud, deep, and very unique, with a clean aggressive exhaust note... go with stingers,,

if you want a more subdued chambered sound, then go regular

 

well i already have the regular borla catback on my '02 and it sounds great, but my friend is telling me how much better the stingers would sound, so is it possible to just buy the stinger mufflers and pop them on since thats the only difference, or is there more to it than that? if you can buy the mufflers alone, does anyone have a link?

 

Yeah you can do that. I was going to do that with bassani mufflers just because the saleen body kit puts the tips in a weird place and regular catbacks wont fit -just cut and weld. I got my car back with heads/cams and now I dont want it to be any louder [&:]
