Default some nitrous questions

i just installed the zex nitrous system on my 2002 mustang gt, i have the 75 jets on it right now, the first time i sprayed it was amazing car went very fast felt like i had another engine... The 2nd time im sprayed it, it felt the same. then the next day i sprayed it again and i didnt have the same kick as it did before, i didnt use much nitrous when i sprayed it the first and 2nd time, i first 2 times i speays maybe for 15 seconds totall. I do not have a Bottle heater, or a preassure gauge... Why do you guys think this is happening is it beacuase the bottle isnt hot enough and i need more pressure? I also do not have a purge kit, so could it be beccause of the old n20 in the lines?? thanks for the help

Default RE: some nitrous questions

It was probably because of the pressure. Pressure is the main thing to worry about when spraying a car.

Say your running a 100 shot............A bottle with 700 psi will produce about 50-60 horsepower as were a bottle with 900-950 psi will produce around 100-110 horsepower.

The first 3 times sprayed always has the best "Seat Of The Pants" feel to it. After that the bottle becomes "emptier" and the hit isn't as hard as it were full. But if the pressure stays at 900-950 all the time than if you running a 100 shot, you will get a 100 extra horsepower.

HOPE THIS HELPS
