Need Knowledgable N2O People
Buy the plugs and if the fuel pump is stock, replace it. Don't lose your hypereutectic motor because you wanted to save $110.
If you want to, throw your car on the dyno to check the a/f on the 150 shot. If it's fine, don't bother paying the $400-600+ for a tune. I would honestly be surprised if you needed a tune if your fuel system is up to par.

Go buy a set of Autolites from Autozone, Napa, O'Reilly's, Pep Boys, etc.
Get the fuel pump from www.jdsperformance.com
Walbro 255lph high pressure for $95. I buy TONS of stuff from Dave @ JDs. Prices and customer service are great.

agreed almost 100% , i still think stock plugs gapped at .035-.040" are more than fine for 100 and under....but i also think 150 is too much for a stock 302 , it's all personal preferance though and what your willing to do. lots of guys do it but i don't think it's worth it, too much nitrous consumption for not much more gain than 100 jets
fuel pump should be replaced because of it's age, not it's size, and since you have a cobra w/ 24 lb'ers a 190 is fine for you , 190 and 24's will support 400+ hp. if you do a 255 it's overkill, but if you think you'll see 500 hp go for it.
don't use anything other regular old copper plugs....platinums will kill you.
and a pushrod motor won't benefit from a tune like a mod motor....you might be able to lean it out for a few more horses...but why bother running cutting edge. keep it phat, keeps it safe, and doesn't really lose anything to speak of.
I've never used less than a 150 shot on any of my Mustangs (and I've had plenty of stock ones). And I've never hurt a motor with nitrous. It's 50rwhp more than a 100 shot and well worth it in my book.
one mroe thing i dont understand to well... when talk about gapping you spark pulls what do u do... i mean from the way it sounds u make a bigger or smaller gap but that really doesnt tell me much as far as how to do it... soi guess i need new plugs and a fuel pump.. and i plan on gettin a lot more than 500+ hp so i think ill get the 255 so i dont have to buy a new one next yea when i wanna rebuild my enige and get more horses!! lol... looks like im almsot all squared away.. when im ready to buy ill be send you a pm Full Auto... gotta look into the plus yet.. and make sure the tuner in town sells N2O... if they dont i dont htink ne1 does... any1 ever been to evansville Indaina... no anything about tuner shops??
Gapping the plug is closing the gap from the electrode and the strap. You can pick up a spark plug gapping tool for a couple bucks when you buy the plugs. As stated earlier, I would go with copper Autolite 24s gapped at .035. The reason for the small gap is to avaoid spark blowout. Good luck!!
