im just wondering whats the difference betwen the S and sq trims and do they make the same power ??? thanks

U kno I posted the same ? about 2 weeks ago, I didnt get that many replies so I just did a littel research on my own and put two and two together. If you go to the Vortech site you can go to the Tech page or somthing like that, and they will give you the specs, but im pretty sure the only difference between the S and the SC are the gears and the way they are cut. the S has a straight cut gear wich makes it louder, than the SC (super quiet), which has a a different cut gear, so keep it a little less nosiy, but from what I hear you can still hear it. Ill let you know in a few days, my car is under the knife right now, getting the V2-SQ put on.

exactly. the sq is pretty silent when your in the car but from the outside its clear that you have a sc. the v-1 head unit is very noisy. i have it on my car and you can hear it loud and clear inside and out

i have a V-2 (SQ) s-trim, super quiet version and it isn't very loud. i mean you can tell (especially at idle) that you have a s/c but if you want people to know that you have a s/c and want the awesome sound then DO NOT get and SQ.
