Default Any turbo fox convertibles out there?

As soon as I get the DD I m parking the "red fox" and refreshing the 140k motor so I can run some mild PTK or Hellion boost.

Just wandering if there are any turbo convertible foxes out there that would like to share some chassis or suspension recommendations.

I just want a turbo cruiser like I want Jessica Alba naked in my bed, staring at me and asking me to give it all I got! Nothing too crazy for the street

the only real difference you'll need to be concerned about as far as a vert is a cage is required at much slower times for obvious reasons

I would just say to go ahead with all your standard upgrades like subframes, lower k brace, strut tower, urethane swaybar bushing, end links, Etc. While your doing that, here's a article on the Hellion system installed on a completely stock 92 lx vert like yours, by the time your done reading it, thoughts of Miss Alba will be long gone(L0L)..http://www.musclemustangfastfords.co..._051100_turbo/

Awesome SS! Keep us up to date. Let us know what setup you choose! Were you around when the cage was installed in your car? What was the cost of that thing? Is it an 8 pt?

I need to stiffen up my LX baD!!

Thanks guys......

It is getting a pair of Garret T3/T4's. Should be a blast. I bought the manifolds and turbo's today. We are going to fab the turbo discharge tube, and exhaust.

Hopefully it should be done by the 15th. In not, it will be done the first of Nov.

The cage is an 8 pt. I was mistaken in the past. I have the bars to make in a 10 but that takes some major mods. The chassis is very stiff.

The guys before me installed it. They got the pre fab kit, and did it themselves. It is NHRA approved. I think it cost them around 350.

Looks like you need an intake manifold upgrade to go with it. [&:]
