Default Idle

After I got my blower installed the idal is all messed up at times like when I come to a stop light sometimes the idal goes lower than 700 and may shut off the car. Now would this problem be because of the tune, Iac, or TB. I have the BBK 75 mm TB. I remember before it was N/A i have a setting on the diablo tuner that I can set the idal while crusing to 800rpm and after that it was fine. So what should I do about this?

depends. how did you have it tuned? you tune it yourself with a handheld or did you get it thrown on a dyno and had a professional tune it? sounds like you did it yourself with a predator (ick!).

A professional tuned it. But this happened N/A also until I had the diablo tuner to fix it. So what I might do is try the IAC 1st since its only a spray and check the hoses.

There have been many reports of problems with the aftermarket throttlebodies. If you still have the stock one I would swap it back and see if it makes a difference.

Ok folks, the problem was the throttle body. It was machined wrong. So I will be getting an accufab. I had the BBK which could be machined wrong which it was. I hope this helps other folks.
