Supercharger Question
ORIGINAL: 2 low 4 you
OK guys first I got a 01 Gt 5spd 2v. I wanna buy a supercharger but i wanna buy a kit that has everything i will need for it. I was thinking about going with the saleen but i don't know. If you guys could tell me what kit would be best that would be great. Oh yeah i wanna still run pump gas and not hurt the engine with the supercharger. I kinda what somewhere around 400-450 rwhp. thanks

everything you need in a complete kit. If you get the centri kit you can get it mail order and put it on yourself. I drove 2+ hours to a dyno and the tune that comes with the kit (via SCT tuner) was dead on. The best part about a MPH kit is the tune.
Yah dude. Nice ride. Go before show. It's more fun...trust me.

It's about $4,000 for everything said and done (provided you put it on yourself.) Expectt on breaking some ****. I spent about $150 on **** I broke It's gonna happen. ALso, if your gonna put it on yourself you'll need deep sockets & really small sockets. A craftsman 251 piece should do ya.
You'll need dyno shop near you too...Gotta make sure that A/F ratio is on.
Also, get a nice set of jack stands. I had a low-budget craftsman jack stand crap out on me. (nobody was under the car....but buy the nice ones....)
