What do you guys think about Powerdyne S/C's. I found one a DB-10 for 1200 rebuilt off of a 95 modle car are they decent power adders and can they mount up to a 03 4.6??

read up on this forum. a few users here reported failure and hate them with a passion now. just google for powerdyne reviews and you'll see many others.

Yeah I am a hater.......I wouldn't. Spend the money on a Vortech or an ATI Procharger.

Not to mention you are talking about the headunit only (nothing else is likely to work on your car) and you can get a vortech/ati/novi unit for that much used.

Key word is "rebuilt". I understand trying to save money but you'll prolly end up losing what you put into it.

Powerdyne S/C's are sh**. But there are just as many stories online about after you get them rebuilt there much better they just suck ***** from the factory. So if its a a rebuilt unit then its prob a reliable unit but 1200 is high as hell just for the HD.

that depends who it was rebuilt by. if it was rebuilt by powerdyne, it's still a piece of crap. if it was rebuilt by one of them supercharger specialists that use stronger internals, then yeah, it's going to be able to hold it's own.
