Kevin, I got the BBK longtubes, ceramic coated and their O/R X pipe....it sounds as mean as hell with my Magnas...couldn't believe what they'd sound like with packs!

I did alot of research and asked alot of questions...BBK sounded like the best for my money.

MAC is okay. Mine has a little rust around the right collector where the ac drips on it but it can be wiped off with the touch of a finger. (make sure they are cold first!) LOL

If JBA makes longtubes, then get those. (Their shorties are used on the Steeda Q400R, and go for about $450.) Otherwise, go with the BBK or MACs.

But JBA only makes shorties and mid lengths.

Good stuff though.

well let me help on my question. i guess im asking what would be the top 3 headers if you go by power gains? because here is what im thinking. either spend around 15 hundred dollars or so to get the headers and have them put in by a shop and all that, or spend 2200 and have a nice big shot of nitrous in my car. you see there is my problem. so if i did go with headers i want to make they sound awesoem and get the most power i can get. thanks again

Like I said, Kevin, I went with the BBK longtubes as best for the money...ceramic coated, of course. I was going to do either Hookers, SLP or BBK. SLP said they had a custom set-up for the Mach, but way too much money for me. My wife almost divorced me when she found out about how much the BBK set up really was...and I got a great deal, $700 delivered for the ceramic coated headers, o/r x pipe, MILS, and O2 extentions.

She's not into spending money on the car when it's brand new and NOT broken! lol!

If you got long tube you are going to need a new midpipe.
