i need help
i have a 98 mustang gt with a vortech supercharger making 12psi and i have 4.10 gears and bbk h-pipe with flowmasters and i cant get out of the 14sec times at the track i was wondering what the deal is my best time is 14.0 @103mph but on the street from a 20mph roll i stay right next to 03-04 cobras that run 12's i know for a fact that it is faster on the street than strip cause i only run 14s at the track and my buddy in a 04 cobra ran 12.8s and we stayed right next to each other on the street any help will be appreciated

Comma's and periods are your friends.
First, you are running 12 PSI...I hope you don't have stock internals, because if you do - you don't want any more traction because the load will have your internals laying on the pavement.
LCA's & radials are a good place to start.

Trapping at 103 you have a problem, you can't be as fast as an '03 Cobra because your not trapping much faster than a stock 99+ GT.
You must have something wrong, how about posting your entire timeslip. But... 14.0 @ 103 sounds like they go together and your car just don't get very good traction and you don't put out very much hp. A stock '03 Cobra traps at around 108 stock

the only suspension work i have is mac springs and mac upper and lower control arms what other suspension work to you recommend? oh my timeslip is a 14.214 @103.17mph and 2.342 60ft i am thinking it is my tires that are my problem because they have like no tread on them and i also need to get the car tuned but its fast from a 20mph roll in second gear from the line it just spins bad. today i raced a 86 camaro that has a 350 with bout' $6,000 into the motor itself and when we raced from the line he got me by like a car length then we raced from a roll and i beat him by 2 or 3 car lengths but i dunno i need some help offline thats for sure any help i would appreciate thanks

I have no clue as to what to say. That makes absolutely no sense... I gues you could take it to the same track and have someone else (trustworthy) run your car and see if you come out with the same ETs. If they run the same, then something is definitely preventing the power to get to your wheels, or (i REALLY doubt it) the track is not reading your run properly.

Your PSI claims and your trap speed just don't make any sense.
I've run equal 60' as you and trapped higher and I'm NA and virtually stock. It sure as heck sounds like you aren't making no 12 PSI of boost. You could just be the slowest shifter in the world but I'll give ya the benefit of the doubt..

YOU JUST ANSWERED YOUR OWN QUESTION!!! [:@]12psi and you need to get it tuned???? hell yeah ya do!, like before you romp on the gas again! Bald tires?? Dude get some drag radials, that will help your 60' times a great deal. Damn that is basically where your run is started and finished. You should be, with the radials AND TUNED, be cutting 1.7 60's all day loing bro. Get yourself into a dyno, get some drag radials and go drive that NEW car!!
