Yoy will definately need a dynotune. Don't trust the tune that comes with the kit. My tune that came with my kit was so rich and the fuel curve was so f*cked up I was only making 250 rwhp and 310rwtq. I had it dynotuned and it put down 370rwhp and 380 rwtq. I don't really know the limitations of the 5.0 block but psi isn't what kills engines, it's the hp. I would venture to say that with 15 psi you'd be pushing it really close to blowing your factory shortblock.

04 is right....it isn't the psi that kills the stock shortblock.....however it isn't the HP either. It is the high RPM's and horsepower that kill them. Read this article on turbomustangs.com. They know what they are talking about.

Hope this helps.

Will depend on what fmu they intend on using. Most companys provide on that will make your car run rich so you won't get as much power, but it will be safe. If you want max power and great mileage get an fpr & a tune, but the car will run perfectly fine with the fmu. I ran a 10:1 fmu & 12psi on my car for 2 months, the only problem I had was a seal from one of the tubes blowing off. Easily fixed with a little more torque on the clamp. I sold the car after 2 months, last I heard from the owner he's had no problems with the engine yet.
