BBK or MAC Longtubes are the best for the bang if you are on a budget. Some people here will say that MAC isnt the greatest of quality but my LT's still look brand new after seven months and 20,000 miles.

Mid pipes all depend on what you want.

Lots of power in the powerband and good sound = O/R X pipe

Power in the bottom end and a deep old car rumble go with an O/R H pipe.

Get the SLP X pipe to match it.

Moving to appropriate forum!

Well I wouldnt buy anything BUT the ceramic coated bet Kooks is really expensive for something you can get the same thing out of a set of BBK or MAC LT's. I would stick to one of these two.

LT's will give the best power gains, no doubt about it. If you don't want to spend that kind of money and the hassle to install them you can always get shorties. Be sure that they are equal length. BBK has a new tuned length header designed for 4.6 engines.
