installing catbacks

Is it pretty straight forward installing magnapacks catback system? im using my stock H pipe and headers for now. Is there welding involved?

Pretty easy just bolt out and bolt in.

i dont know about the 02 mustangs but when i installed my cat back on my 86 gt i found it alot easier to jack up the body so you can fit the pipe around your rear axle. i just backed it up on ramps.
