I'm about to hook up the fuel and nitrous lines. Am I supposed to
use some kind of product on the fittings and threads something
to ensure a good seal? Super easy install on an 05 gt I just want
to make sure. Thanks

I remember reading not to use any tape on the threads or anything that goes into the motor (oil, fuel, air). The rational was, if over time it wears down and enters your motor, you can cause damage to your motor. If I am wrong then I apologize, I just remember reading this.
