i got an X pipe right now im thinking about trying out an H-Pipe. would this fit on stock headers http://www.latemodelrestoration.com/...1&comp=LRS? thanks

Yes. It will fit with stock headers. It will be very loud.
But it will not pass inspection. No converters.
