Ok, I want to get to know the basics of nitrous before i get it. Some brands say that no timing retard is needed. Is this true?

 

yes ..with a 35-50 shot...do you self a big favor and buy the nitrous handbook..it's the best 15.00 you'll ever spend when using the gas

 

YUP, AND AROUND 4 degrees retard for every 100 shot

 

if you go to snowperformance they sell a water methanol injection kit that states you can run full timing with up to a 250 shot, there kits run $299 and up, they seem to have a good thing here. the kit is for supercharged or nitrous engines
