Default Will the o/r H pipe really make the difference?

I ordered the Mac o/r H for my 04 GT. I already have the new flowmaster am thunder catback with the super 40 mufflers and it is just a little deeper than stock, but not much louder. I can bearly hear the exhaust at WOT and am hoping that the H pipe will do the trick to REALLY bring out the awesome flowmaster sound and be alot louder too. Please tell me it will........ I hope so, otherwise I hear magnapacks on the horizon. So is this H pipe really the key to make my flow catback BARK???? be honest.

Its a night and day difference once you put the H-pipe on. I got just the American Thunder catback at first and it made a little difference in the sound but not much. Once you put that O/R H-pipe on you will love the sound of your car.

FLowmasters and O/R H-pipe

You should have gotten an X.

5.0= H pipe
4.6= X pipe

I agree....it makes a world of difference. It's going to be loud at first though, but then you get used to it.

No HP gain over a catted H pipe. Just sound

[sm=smiley5.gif] No...an O/R h-pipe will give you 10 or so rwhp. It also gives you more torque than a x-pipe. I noticed a nice gain in power after I put mine on.

STFU you dont know anything. "he should have gotten an X-pipe" well what if he wanted a low deep grumble with optimal gains in low end torque should he have still gotten an X-pipe? NO, I dont think so idiot so just shut up about your stupid X-pipe and go post about your X-pipe in a thread that actually pertains to X-pipes. You want to express your opinion thats fine but find out what he wants or tell him about each kind of exhaust and the pros and cons of each before you run around saying dumb **** like you did above.

Another person talking when they have no idea what they are talking about. Over the stock H-pipe with an O/R H-pipe you will see AT LEAST 5 rwhp AT LEAST. Especially if you have a 96-98 were they had 6 cats. O/R H-pipe will give you probably 2-3 rwhp over a high-flow catted H-pipe.
