Default Help

I have no knowledge of nitrous and what is needed. I am having a new MMR stroker 950 installed. I will be putting my blower back on and upgrading the intake to the new trickflow. I am looking for a 100 shot system. I don't know if it needs to be a wet or dry one. Second what else do I need besides the basic kit. It is going in a stick. Is a bottle heater a must or a window switch. Thanks for the help. Please if you can recommed a kit let me know.

wet or dry is your preferance, dry is a quicker install and no fuel gets squirted through your upper

i like NOS, NX seems pretty good too

a heater is a must if the bottle gets cooler than 75*, low temp makes low pressure which reduces performance.

as long as your not stupid about it, the basic kit is all you need, window switch is just extra protection, i never use one and i launch on nitrous and full throttle shift all the way down the track

if you miss, lift, it's that easy

Just make sure your fuel pump (and injectors for a dry kit) can handle the extra fuel that will be needed. Also, keep in mind that if you get jets that are sized for 100 hp, it's going to actually be more than 100 hp in your setup.

superchargers / turbochargers will force more nitrous into the cylinders. So a 100-shot can easily become 150+.

to put it in perspective... My jets are sized for 75hp, but they end up being about 110ish.

Currently I have 60# injectors. I will be upgrading all the rails when the new motor goes in. As for the pump it was upgraded when the blower went on. Samseed101 what setup did you go with?
