Default Bassani OR Borla

Okay, i have a 99GT 5-sp,
i 'was' going to get headers this summer, along with everything else back, but i have decided that for 1000 dollars (price+install) it isnt worth it to gain sound, but lose low end power, since i dont have any other modifications.[:'(]

so... i am looking to spend, around 1000, maybe a bit less, for my OR H-Pipe, and catback
i believe i am getting a BBK offroad H, and i dont know which catback to get,

i have heard nothing but good things from the Borla Stinger, and the Bassani SS
and right now i have found about 600 for the Borla, and 700 for the Bassani

ARE THESE ESTIMATES ACCURATE? and secondly, which would you rather have...IF>>
you dont want anything raspy, but instead, a low, almost rumbling subdued tone ..if that makes sense

thanks

Sounds like you want the Borla. Bassani is a little bit raspier sounding than Borla is. By the desciption of the sound that you want I would say get the Stingers and the Mac Prochamber.

i hear the borla stinger absolutly kicks a**... extremely loud. the Bassani is also top of the line. so you cant really go wrong either way. and the prices sound about right. i have the basic borla exhaust and it sounds awesome. which means the borla stinger has to be unbelievable, i say go with borla
