Default X-Pipe Question

Hey everyone, since I am here in CA, I really don't want to mess with my cats at all. So my question is whether or not there is a company out there other than magnaflow ($345.99) that makes a shorty x-pipe. In other words, does someone make it for less than $350?!?! The magnalow that steeda and others sell looks great but it is just too much. After the x-pipe I am planning on a magnapack system. Thanks for the help.
