so have u done a kit like that before
I've only done a twin setup on a v6, & on v8's the only thing i've done was a single.

the only thing i have a problem with are the headers...where do you get a set of good turbo headers (single or twin) for a decent price? the plumbing afterwards is easy, but like the above says, it's time consuming.
Buy some shorty headers. I plan on using my Mac 1 3/8" unequal shorties for mine. You could also use the stock exhaust manifolds.

so what parts do i need if i go twin and what cars can i get them from and model and year
I would recommend you try to find two turbochargers with a 60mm compressor wheel & .60A/R or close and a similar size on the exhaust. Make sure they are the same type of turbocharger, you don't want two that flow differently.

If you can try to find two turbochargers from a MANUAL thunderbird turbocoupe. I believe it is .60 if not it is close. Two Grand National turbochargers would work well too.

I made the headers & crossover pipe myself. I welded mandrel bends on exhaust manifold flanges. It only consisted of mandrel bends & mild steel tubing. pretty simple actully. The mandrel bends I got costed me $16 a piece, but they were thickwalls. I didn't want anything breaking. It ended up costing me around $250 for exhaust plumbing. (new parts) I'm sure you could use used mild steel & get the exhaust done with $100.

Can you make 2 simple welds? If you can just buy some used unequal shorty headers.

No, they are good for mid-high end power. Very good for high end power. They will create less heat & create more power than the smaller automatic ones. & it will leave room for improvements.
