WISH i NEW HOW TO DO A SOUND CLIP. i HAVE A OFF ROAD TOO, SOUNDS BADASS AT WOT. i HAVE MAC LT AND A SLP II. CRazy sound. From my personal exerience w/ it, lot more tourqe down low, you won't be dissapointed. All the artilces I've read state that it's the most free flowing midpipe. I can only compare to my flowmaster 40 series. I've had it both na and sc. I definately felt the difference, but the sounds is badass.

yes its just an empty box. the physics of it is simple. theoretically it gives the exhaust pulses an area to all be shot in to go down whichever tube has less pressure in it.

btw, the difference between an X and H pipe is like 1-3hp (consider a prochamber an X pipe just not as raspy). midpipes arent worth buying for performance, the only reason to buy a midpipe is sound.

just seems like it would cause alot of turbulence in the chamber. hows the resonance?

The only thing about the prochamber that i don't like is that "swoosh" sound you get when jumping on the throttle.

It is not an empty box.. there was a picture of the inside of it on here one time.. If you hold it up and look in it there is a divider in the "box" its similar to the divider inbetween the holes on a dual throttle body like a cobra or bulllitt.

Here is mine with flowmaster 40 series mufflers
03 GT before blower.. Full length headers, mac off road prochamber, flowmaster 40 series welded in factory cat back..
