IAT sensor thread size

Just wondering if anyone knows the size hole and tap I would need to put an IAT sensor after my supercharger? I have ford p/n F6SZ12A697A. Anyone know the thread size?

the tap is a 3/8" NPT (either 16 or 18 threads/in can't remember which) you can look it up online and get the tap drill size.
