i have a guy thats going to rebuild the tranny down in meridean. hes been working on them for 30 years or so, so i have that covered. its basicly a stock 4.6V8 2002 with a cold air intake. thats all i really know.

i know all about the turbo compared to supercharger...
i would personally rather go with the super charger.
btw its an automatic
some of the parts iv been thinking about going with are:
Patriot stage 3 heads
compcams cam 1400-5400rpm .550/.550 lift
stall converter
aslo going to completely rebuild the bottom end...
bassani mid length headers, x-pipe w/ cats, and cb
upgrade to 46lbs injectors after the supercharger
4.10 gears
all opinions welcome

well ya gotta have a good block to hold that power, i'm not to familiar with 4.6's but i hear alot about Livernois, if money isnt a problem, you could probley get stroked short block from them.
46lb injectors arent going to cut it...no lower than 65lbs
4.10 gears are going to be a little short...go for 3.73
More than likely your going to need another block.

thanx... i was still a little curious if 4.10 was going to be good or not... and after some research i noticed the injectors werent going to cut it.
the block though can handle the power, its alot stronger then most people think.
im also looking for best part brands and other information if possible... like the torque converter, any opinions on the bottom end, and anything else that could possibly help me.
my budget for this project is around 15-20 thousand so name brand isnt a problem.
im a student and my parents pay my bills haha my income goes right into my pocket and gas tank.

you should just buy my car for 20k and sell your car. it's already pushing 593RWHP, with new fuel rails, it should be about 620-630RWHP. you can do a blower upgrade through vortech from a T to a JT trim for $1000 and get up to about nearly 700RWHP.
