Default headers - please help

Im looking to get new headers for my 99 cobra. Whats the HP and sound diff between shorties and long tubes? Is it worth getting shorties? My funds are limited. Also which brand do you guys suggest? I would appreciate any info about headers for my car. Thanks

LTs give you a few more hp and a deeper louder sound. I say if you're going to go through all the trouble of installing headers might as well do it right and get LTs. You'll be safe with any of the more common brands.

agreed
do it right if you are gonna spend the $. Shorties and the time it takes forthe install isn't worth it IMO. Go for the L/T and an o/r x or h pipe.
