Default MILs for High flow X

Well now im pissed casue i live in PA and my friend that was gonna "do my emisions" wink wink, said that there getting strict now and he can't so im forced to get a Catted X. My question is, if i get the Mustang tuning catted X pipe Http://www.mustangtuning.com/cattedxpipe.html do i need to buy MIL eliminators. It says on the website that it recomends it. And im going to be pairing this with my magnapacks, do you think it will still sound good, louder than what i have now (obviously not as good as an O/R X). Thanks

no, you don't need MILs for a highflow catted midpipe. might not want to get the mustangtuning pipe though. aluminized won't last long in your type of winters you have up there.

Nah, catted isnt bad at all. Some high quality systems can flow almost as well as an off-road pipe. You would prolly only notice the difference between a High-Flow and an Off-road pipe over the dyno.

you should just spend the extra $100 and get an SLP or Magnaflow catted X instead of the mustang tuning one. just a thought. i asked on here a long time ago about mustang tuning X and got my head bitten off.

get your car inspected then through the o/r x on there and save the stock one for next year when emissions roll around

Yea if you got yur heart set on a o/r, just swap in the stock mid pip for inspections, then put the off road back on when your done with inspection

the thought crossed my mind but i just don't feel like it. i don't want the car to be too damn loud anyway
